My Account was hacked and bought a skin i didn't want
How do i undo the purchase, i've contacted steam support but they closed my ticket and i've been trying to send new ones with no avail. I deauthorized my devices but should i go further? Am I helpless or should i patient and wait for support to help?

Your account is compromised, and you haven't secured it. Tickets just being closed is a symptom that the scammer has access to your account and is using a bot to close support tickets to interfere with you. Once your account is secured tickets will stop being closed without response.

That being said account security is your responsibility. All trades and market purchases are final. It's pretty good incentive to keep your account secure.

Follow these steps to secure your account.

1. Scan for malware.
https://www.malwarebytes.com/

2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.

3. Deauthorize all other devices.

4. Change passwords from a clean computer.

5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key).
https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
Secure your account and if they stole your money (not just buy an item that’s now on your account) Then through a lot of haggling with steam support and getting the matter escalated you can possibly recover stolen funds. Not if them just bought an item though. Then ya lose the steam fee and stuff and just gotta sell it
I've deauthorized everything again,changed my passwords, and did a malware scan which came clean, everything else is otherwise fine but i guess i'm screwed on the skin since that's that the only loss.

I can't seem to confirm if my account is secure yet since i still can't get a new Support Ticket set up after reporting the account a few times

You only have to report the account once.
