cant launch games anymore

after trying to install and run Stellar Blade, none of my steam game launch anymore.

i reinstalled steam and the games already, checked drivers and firewall...

any help would be greatly appreciated!

never mind

i fixed it.... turned out my cncrt140.dll was shot and needed reinstall.

Thats not how it works then you have VC++ issue, use MS own page to get newest and fix it..

PS.
You can find several page with what game devs and steam common redistributable files can be seen as screwup, when they dont use MS newest already fixed version.

You might did this, but you did not tell what you did other then the file issue.
also raise the issue with validate game files might have fix this as you did maybe.
but it dont explan if MS own page have newer files.

Yo, Iceira, just a heads up, in the last post you went on a nasty rant about that involved me and a black screen issue, which your unrelated rant caused the mods to lock. You have a few things wrong since you seem to thing all posts are about you:

1. The issue was still relevant in today's steam, that's why i posted.

2. I wasn't talking to you, I was referring to the OPs original post, that's why the fix had nothing to do with you.

3. The fix has nothing to do with the operating system. You're wrong.

4. You're very, VERY hard to understand. While I get English is not your main language, posting rants and broken rudeness does more harm than good.

5. You're VERY rude. If you're going to help people on the forums, I suggest you change your tone.

PS. Your PS's come off as arrogant, passive aggressive, and unhelpful.

PPS. In the English language, saying PS nowadays just sounds like you're talking down to someone.

I hope you have a great day and understand why your posts are unhelpful.

Delete all content, added to ignore. ( not a problem here, with lesser skilled pc users. )

We do not write to ppl with licking you ass, ohh im sorry you have pc issue.
also point at you never talk with real support that use words like that we cant help you with your problem and can't reproduce the error and have a nice day.

I guarantee you subscribe to all of your post threads, so, unfortunately for you you'll see this :)

Even though you delete all of your posts of your rudeness, you can't delete the quotes. Enjoy the paper trail you leave and have left.

Though I'm sure someone who masquerades (which means 'pretends to be') as someone from Steam who is part of Support, (which is a bannable thing) would know this, right?
