Issues with msi claw controllers

Hi, sorry for any grammatical issues. I have this particular problem with the msi claw, all the buttons works while in gamepad mode, even when I want to go back I just can press b and it works perfectly. The issue begins when I click test device inputs it doesn’t recognize the b or the a button, instead for recognizing the “a” I need to press the button “m1” which is located on the back of the handheld and for the “b” the “m2” button and so on. I don’t know what to do, I have already checked the mapping on the msi claw system and it’s as expected. For A I press the A button and for Y the Y button. I would like to know if any of you could help me l. Thanks you in advance.
