Wireless USB Keyboard Connection Question

Hi! I just purchased a deck and I’m anxiously awaiting its arrival. In the meantime, I saw a cute wireless keyboard at 5 Below and (impulsively 😂) purchased that too, in the hopes I could use it with my incoming deck! I noticed after opening the packaging that it connects with a USB dongle, so I have a question surrounding how that may connect. Would I need to purchase the dock to connect the keyboard, or would an adapter work? Any help or guidance would be super and much appreciated 💜

Is the dongle usb-c? the steam deck has a usbc port thta 'might' work though it really depends
