Your transaction has been cancelled. Please note that your account will not be charged. PLEASE HELP
hi, every time i try to use online banking, no matter what i do, it will simply refuse to work (its not because to bank is refusing the transaction, i cant even get to finalizing the transaction). i live in thailand, and its a very regional issue i would assume, but is there anyone that could help with this? its extremely infuriating, and its been going on for 2 days. (also i have already tried the credit card, and that doesnt work either)

Well is there any other information besides, "Your transaction has been cancelled. Please note that your account will not be charged." Or is that literally the only information you're getting.

Also how are you discounting your bank? What bank? Claiming it's not your bank may not make it Valve's problem, and there may not be anything you can do accept talk to your bank or try another FOP from a different institution. If you disagree, make a support ticket. Not much anyone here in a user forum can do without some more details.

that is all it says, literally. and it cant be the bank because i have not put any info on steam. it works by scanning a qr code, and it doesnt let me get to that part. (its scb bank, a thai one) idk its just really annoying, and i have sent a steam support ticket.

input error? what does that mean? and also it cannot be no funds, since its just a qr code payment, which i cant even reach because of this error.
