Hijacked. Malware or phishing.

Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Thanks but is there a way to get my skins back?

Since you are responsible for your accounts security, no. You gave away your account information, most likely on some scam site.
But i didnt log into any site and i didnt gave away my informations.

At some point in the past, you did. You either used a 3rd party site or logged into Steam through a fake login page that phished your information.

That's the only way someone could have a bot, logged in and monitoring your account, cancel your original trade and create a new one pointed at a look-alike account.

Follow ALL of the previously mentioned steps to make sure that nobody else is logged into your account anymore.
This is the common API scam. Scammer somehow got your API key and is now controlling some actions on your account. He is controlling trading offers and who knows what else. Do what Aluvard wrote here and your account should be fine. For the future if you want to be 100% safe never log into any sites other than official Steam one and never click any links sent to you. Keep in mind phising sites can look identical to official ones so pay super close attention.
Sadly Steam is not restoring stolen items. You can report the account that your items went to though - Steam can ban or limit it thanks to these reports.
