Blade & Soul Neo regeon locked
Why is the steam version of Blade&Soul Neo region locked when I can go to NCsofts webpage and install and play the game? Why is steam region locking games that are clearly NOT region locked from the DEV's site?

Steam isn't doing anything, Valve doesn't manage NCSofts products on Steam. NCSoft does.

That goes for any game not developed by Valve.
