Friends account got stolen
Hey there, so my friend recently got his account stolen and he can't really use steam support cause he can't fill in his SMS key, cause they didn't (allegedly) send him any (idk why but he just didnt get the code). He now has expired uses of trying to change his password, but the issue is quite in a hurry. Is there any other way of contacting steam support or should he just wait until he can verify using SMS key again?

Also is it safe to use the "fill in some info about your credit card so we can know it's really you"?

Thanks in advance.

That's the same thing he tried before, unfortunately he was impatient and tried it multiple times.. So I'm guessing he should just..wait?
show your friend this and read it like i says down below your friend dont need and access to anyting beside login name

He should have said login to a hijacker page, that now has your information, but now you have issue with accussing a wab site, and we do not have proof , this is why most stick to he got hijacked. and leave out how. but above user is point on he gave them the information.
