Do not allow those CS2 items to be seen or you will get phished like this and Valve will not give you a refund either.

Someone will be around to show you what to do to resolve this issue momentarily.

Someone texts you in chat: "Vote for my CS2 team/group" or "Click this link for free stuff" or any similar chat texts on Steam or Discord.

They will have you log into a fake Steam API and bam, your account is silently phished.

If you were to log into your real Steam account and if a website asks you to sign in again on the Steam API, it is a phishing Steam API as you are already logged in officially.

When you log into Steam officially, then any website using the real Steam API will already have you logged into Steam.
It’s just the thing is that I’m really careful not to login to steam on any of those sites or click any sketchy links and I also checked my login history and the location is all from my city and on devices I’ve authorised myself

Does anyone else have access to your PC?

Just to be on the safe side secure your account by doing all the following steps;

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

You don't mention if it is your wallet funds or credit/debit card being used.... if it's your credit/debit card, contact steam support to see if they can do anything because if you do a charge back you wont be able to use that method of payment ever again on steam, so contact them first.
