how do i stop the award

i find out they take the money how do i remove the award on the discussion and give back to the person who gave i dont want their money how i give them back do i delete post

On your end? You can't.

Only when the giver decides to reset their password, or if they cancel whatever they bought that gave them points.

no, the points are a reward for buying directly on Steam. You can't buy points separately. Therefore, they have no value.
