Can't Purchase , My State is Undefined
When I get to the payment method screen for purchasing a game I enter my credit card details and my state, but after clicking continue to review and purchase it shows my state as undefined.

Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?
If not, how do I escalate this?

So I went back through using the browser, same thing happened to me. However, I used inspect element and changed 'undefined' to 'NE' and it worked. Technically resolved
