My games cannot sync with Steam Cloud now. Do you have the same issue recently?

Things are going to be wonky while they screw with the servers leading up to and after Tuesday maintenance.

I started having problems with synchronization about two months ago, and there is no way to solve the problem, up to reinstalling the system. I do not know what valve is doing, but it is annoying. I've already lost both the save progression and hundreds of screenshots from a bunch of games.
