They give a ban for selling an item
Hello everyone, I found items on the marketplace that I sell and I get banned for it. I even sold 1-2 items via auto purchase and got banned. Although someone sells them for several thousand and doesn't get banned.. how can this be explained?

you need to provide a little more information. people often mistake things like cooldowns or server outages for bans. an IP rate limit is not a ban. if you were banned, there would be a ban notice and that notice would have the word BAN or BANNED in it. posting what ever message you are seeing would help.

since the account does not show a trade ban, there is something else going on

if you are encountering an IP rate limit, try changing your IP address.

No one gets a ban for simply selling an item on the Market.

Well, not the Steam market anyway.

In short, this is the case. Someone buys a lot of things (3-5 thousand) for 0.03 cents per item. Then he puts all these lots up for sale for 0.24 cents and buys them all for 0.24 using auto purchase. I had such items, I wanted to sell them to him and I get banned. I can't understand whether the admin is involved in such a scheme or how this even happens.

Why don't they ban those who manipulate the market?

Why don't they block the one who raises the price?

How do you know they didn't?

Regardless, your consequences are your own and they don't hinge on someone else being punished visibly or to your satisfaction.
