REFUND TO DEBIT CARD

I was trying to refund a game from my account but to my new debit card, however there's no option to. It's still only showing my old debit card so I'm not sure how to proceed.

Unless you made the purchase with the new card, you won't be able to refund to it I believe.

You can refund to your old debit card and it will return to your account even if you're using a new card and that one has been cancelled.

Banks and payment processors aren't stupid they have provisioned for situations like this.

The debit card number you have is tied to your bank account number. Even if your card is canceled it will still go back to your account.
