Inventory history not loading

My inventory history page has not loaded for a couple weeks now. Trying to load it displays an error. This happens regardless of platform, browser client/desktop client/mobile client:

There was a problem loading your inventory history.

Sent in a ticket, they gave me the copy paste reply they send to people asking about trade history not working, which ironically says to use inventory history as a workaround.

However, shortly after their reply, my inventory history started working again out of the blue. Don't know if my ticket has any causal effect on it getting fixed or if it was a coincidence.

legit seems copy and paste same thing they said to me.... its a bug with no eta to a fix....
lucky on your part my inventory still bugged and they happily closed the ticket

I always get that error the first time I try to open the history. Once I refresh the page it usually loads.

refreshing tried it all no luck gonna give it a week or so
