For recordings though, Steam doesn’t record gameplay by default. If you’re using a tool like NVIDIA ShadowPlay, OBS, or Windows Game Bar, the recordings will be saved in folders set by those apps. Check your Videos folder or the settings of whatever you're using to record.
- Go to Steam > Settings > Game Recording.
- It should show you where recordings are being saved usually something like:
C:\Users\YourName\Videos\Steam
- You can also click "Manage Recordings" from the overlay while in-game or from your Library.
If it's still not there, double-check that recording is enabled and that the game session actually saved properly.
