PLEASE TELL IF I JUST GAVE HIM MY PERSONAL STUFF CAUSE IM ON THE STEP THAT HE SAYS "We have sent a removal of reports link to *my email" this will enable your Steam Account's secured connection to the Database and begin the removal of the reports. After you get the link, copy then paste it here so we can proceed." PLEASE HELP ME

If you've given anything to anybody, then they've successfully scammed you.
Report them, block them, move on with life as Valve doesn't return items(and neither do scammers pretending to be Valve).

i only logged out of my account as what they said but then i noticed when the mattie guy made his account and i logged back in then just finding out about all this
