*HELP* All game pages on the store have their screenshots render as black boxes
So all individual game pages on the store currently have all their promotional screenshots that showcase the game render as black boxes. I can't start any trailers and none of the buttons to scroll through the images work.

I've tried turning on and off GPU accelerated rendering and other options on steam, I've cleared my download cache, Re-installed my Nvidia Drivers, and I've restarted multiple times. I dunno what to do now?

A good way to estimate if it is an local issue or a external one is keeping a eye out on incident report service like downdetector. https://downdetector.com/status/steam/

Or a service like https://steamstat.us/ which does server health, heartbeat check
The last one shows there database queue of over 100 minutes meaning they are throttling connections right now most likely intentionally.

In addition to not loading media you might thus be running into a E502 L3 code while browsing parts of the service don't be alarmed your system is fine just give it a little patience while the engineers are doing there work.

Steam typically conducts scheduled maintenance every Tuesday, often between 6 PM and 9 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). This maintenance can cause temporary interruptions in service, including issues with connecting to multiplayer games or the Steam client itself.
Same issue

Issue seems resolved. No cache clean or other user interaction was required beside reloading the page.
