There are indeed wrong ban in CS2. I didn't believe it at first, but it's true.
Dear Valve, my CSGO account was banned by Overwatch 445 days ago. I am very sad because I did not use any game assistants, did not use any illegal software outside the game to play unfair games, and did not team up with cheaters to play games. Second, my game time is nearly 1125 hours, my inventory is worth thousands of dollars, and I also have more than a dozen CS medals. How could I use such an expensive account to cheat? Third, my account has not been logged in from other places, no one will use my account to cheat, and I never go to an Internet cafe to play any steam games. Fourth, my CS2 game shows that I am VAC banned, but the steam interface shows that I am banned by Overwatch, which is enough to show that my ban itself is not clear and there is a clear deviation, which further shows that I was indeed banned by mistake. And I have suffered malicious discrimination from others because of this wrong ban record, which makes me extremely frustrated. I hope Valve can clear my name and give me a reasonable explanation. Thank you.

Steam ID: For Heldenhammer.

This isn't customer service, this is a user forum.
1. Overwatch is not one person that make the verdict. That meant it takes SEVERAL people, or more.

2. Gamebans in CSGO/CS2 are expected not to get lifted, as chances are you're not being honest. We can assume either you went out of your way griefing, breaking rules MANY times repeatedly not learning the punishment, each time getting longer until it turns permanent, or etc.

3. Game ban will turn into VAC if detected using cheats. Since it been 445 days, it's likely point 2. can re-read.

4. Game ban not same as VAC, VAC is ANTI cheat system Gameban is issued by game system, or dev in which case meant in CSGO/CS2 terms you had MULTIPLE people review your case, and gave final verdict, hence point 1. not one person making that choice.

5. Overwatch is not hand-picked, it's random, no way of knowing whom match they're watching, no way of knowing the person that reported they're reviewing, so if there are 200 overwatch players ANY of them be picked randomly from if 7 to 50 people, until get a verdict hence again point 1, watch the video this is VALVE in that video.

The Steam discussions aren't the appropriate place to dispute specific bans, please read the following FAQ .

For bans applied by Steam/Global Moderators, you should have received a link in the ban message that takes you to a support path allowing you to appeal the decision via Steam Support - https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithSteamIssue/?issueid=416

I've locked the thread as appealing via those methods is your best route forward.
