My game (shinobi striker) is gone

In 2022-04-14 I bought shinobi striker deluxe edition, and later 1, 2, 3 and 4 gamepass. After a year my account stopped working, but a couple of days ago I finally got it back, but my purchase history is completely empty, although I have all the emails with purchases and the game cd key in my email, when I try to use the cd key it shows me an error that the cd key is already in use on another account even though the email and account login are the same as before. I don't know what to do and how I can get the game and all the dlc that I paid for back.

Honestly, it sound like you created a new account and cd-keys are bounded to old one.
