Verify email after making account at main “Blizzard” website, go to “Blizzard” website and make account in game name. Resign into blizzard launcher start download install again. Click on cog wheel next to large light blue button that might say downloading, or play and then click on game settings. Click on the second menu option that says “Downloads” and disable download limit speeds at the buttom of the menu. I think someones download install speed should start to go faster in a few minutes or maybe seconds. I think that could help with other blizzard games also.
