COD POINTS
I recently switched from psn to steam to play COD. When I log into cod on steam it is now showing I have negative 2200 cod points. When I log into my psn it shows I have positive 4400 COD points. how do I fix this? Jim D. from Activision support email is no help and keeps closing my case after he responds one time.

Yeah. Points don't transfer to other platforms. Use them where you have them and what you purchase can be accessed on any platform.

His response was that I purchased MW2 and 3 and then got a refund. This however is not true. Also if it was true I would not be negative cod points I would be at zero since they were never used. I re-opened a case and a new person said I purchased an emerald pro pack and got a refund which is also not true. At this point it seems like they are trying to scam me into buying more stuff from them. Then after that email they threatened to ban my account.
You must have purchased something previous, consumed the COD points and then got a refund. Your COD account covers several games and Warzone so think back to all your activity because something has happened to trigger this.

I have looked everywhere. I even went back into my bank account back to 2022. no refunds ever. When I asked them for details of dates of the return or the last 4 of the card number they refused to give me any information and closed my case.
