My items have been stolen

In my steam account they have stolen items and Forza Horizon 5 trading cards, I received emails saying that I had supposedly sold things for 1 cent, but in reality my Forza Horizon 5 trading cards had been sold, and also that I bought something for 18 cents, I don't know what I could do because I didn't sell the Forza Horizon 5 trading cards nor did I know that the market existed on steam, could someone help me?

Do the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Unfortunately your items are long gone Steam do not restore/refund items once they have left your account regardless if it was by your own doing or someone else.
