If your coolant temps are the same, it means that the heat from the CPU is not being re-circulated into the cooilng system. This either means your pump is failing (mine did at one point) or your thermal paste connection to the cooler is bad so your heat is stuck on the CPU and not going itno your cooling system quick enough
I've been out all day, left my PC on, when I came home my CPU was idling at 64C, this morning when it was cooler it was idling at 46c, nothing has changed, nothing bad has happened, it just warmer.
