You recover your EA account through EA support.

Your only option is to work with ea’s support. All linking is done on ea’s side.

Steam does not link accounts on their end. They have no idea what account EA is using. You must recover your EA account.

I'm going to guess you did not say '2 bad things' for you to be banned

Rightfully so.

If you are unable to work it out with EA support, then you are basically out of luck.

They are the only entity that can give you access again to your EA account thru account recovery to be able to un-link your Steam account.

And as noted, the linking doesn't happen thru Steam but thru the third-party website offering it.

i dont remmember a thing about the account and ea told me that they cant help me because they cant verify that its my account so im ♥♥♥♥♥♥
And what exactly is Valve supposed to do if the company responsible for the EA account is already unable to act? I am sure you can answer that question yourself ...
