xbox game transfer
so i have TBOI and all the dlc's on my xbox and i want to transfer it to steam, is it possible? and if so, HOW?

No that is not possible.

If you want to play it on Steam you will have to buy it again.

You will not find to many if any games that give you a multi platform license for their games.

What on earth made you think that Microsoft would allow license transfer from XBOX to steam?, all licenses are non-transferable
