Playing Soundtracks: Wrong Output Device
Just downloaded my first soundtrack via steam. When playing it through Steam it plays through the wrong audio device.

Laptop connected to TV via HDMI
Soundtrack audio plays through laptop speakers when played through Steam.
Playing soundtrack through other means plays through TV speakers (Media Player, etc).
System sounds play through TV.
Games play through TV.
Spotify plays through TV.
