Questions about collection game price error

I'm looking to buy the 'Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorny Trilogy 123+456' collection game.
Steam has two games in the collection, 123 and 456, of which 123 games are already in my library.
Then the 456 series, which is one of the remaining 2 games in the collection, should be cheaper than just buying the 456 separately.
By the way, the collection purchase seems to be more expensive than the single purchase.
I'm wondering how to solve this.

Not all bundles are set up that way. You're thinking of a conplete-the-set type bundle but the publisher has to create one like that. Otherwise the bundles are for everything listed in them.
