My account have invisible transactions

So basically, seems like my account somehow bought a cs2 item from someone else. I dont have the item, nor the purchase in my transactions history. The seller also dont have the money received aswell but his item is gone. Then he/she reported me multiple times since they thought that i could be a scammer. Now Steam wants me to give them evidence of my innocence by doing some refundable payment that i dont have enough money for them to check the transactions, or else if i just let it keep going my account might get a permanent banned. What should i do?

You are not talking to Steam Support.

Stop talking to the scammer. Block the person who contacted you about your "invisible transaction".

There is no report on your account. It's fake!
