yes it was hacked and banned by the hacker for real and i think steam has the data that proves its been indeed hacked during the ban will i get unbanned? or i should not waste my time trying to appeal?

I was not using my account when it was game banned. Can the ban be removed?

No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.

You can't appeal ANY ban from VALVe games, you being sloppy with your account data trying to trade on skin scam sites is also a YOU problem. Next time trade on Steam as suggested and you won't get "hacked", even tho i do more believe you gave away your login credentials to some fraudster.
