error receiving gift from my brother
hello all
so my brother is trying to send me a game as gift but it always show an error
note: is it because i never added $ to my wallet ?

is your brother trying to pay using wallet funds? if so, he has to contact support or use a different form of payment.

it is best for the account that is having issues to be the one posting. it makes it easier for people to help them.

If he can't buy the gift or the gift card, tell him that he should try using the browser instead the desktop client. If that doesn't work, he should contact the Steam Support.
