Do achievements from games you have removed from your profile count towards avg. game completion rate on the achievement showcase tracker

i have a few games ive removed so far because i either played them for a lil just to play with friends or stopped playing since i dont enjoy it anymore, ive removed these free games from my account but i want to try to get a high, maybe even 100% avg game completion rate. do the games i have removed count towards avg game completion rate on the achievement showcase tracker?

Yes, as soon as you unlocked at least 1 achievement the game will count for your profile achievement completion average.
Removing the game from your account does not change that.
