I bought Grand Theft Auto V in 2021 and Someone hacked my account and played MY GAME
The important thing that the hacker linked his Rockstar Games account before I linked it and now I can't play the game because I have to open the game from the Rockstar account linked to my Steam account and I don't have it . Can I unlink the account from Steam?
and how ?

You need to contact Rockstar support, all account linking is done from their end.
