Purchased dlc twice on accident.
I need someone to point me in the right direction. Yesterday, the new jungle DLCs dropped for Rust. The moment they dropped, they were both added to my cart. One of the DLCs was giving me an issue, so I proceeded to only purchase the new building skin (stone). A short time later, I was able to add the other DLC to my cart, which showed the items that came with the other DLC. I was in a rush for work so left and still had my character in-game, which would be me over the two-hour mark. I’ve sent in 3 tickets and were denied by the automated system they have. I’m not one for ever making refunds, but I’ve spent a decent amount in the past month to support the game Rust. I just want a refund for the duplicate DLC. Can anyone give me some advice on what I should do next? Thanks.

Send in a manual refund request.

yeah kinda sucks b/c i know i had two different ones at the time of purchase and it showed both new jungle stone skins after... ive spent to much money on the dlcs for them not to fix this simple error....
its really easy , just senda message to support and explain , they will refund

i did this 4 times is it an auto system ? i was denied b/c the dlc was played more than 2 hours they stated. i dont see any other way to contact them.

Auto system won't work. Keep in mind that some item pack won't be refundable, if they were used.
