This is very unfair for people with kids. By the time they bought it and was up the second weekend it was past the date
The refund limits are: WITHIN 2 weeks of purchase AND with LESS than 2 hours playtime. Both conditions must be met for automatic refunds.
You can try a manual refund but it is not guaranteed to be approved as it is discretionary.
Select the game and choose "I have a question about this purchase".
It's 2hrs/2 weeks. You knew it was 2 weeks when you started the post.
The only thing you can try is to go to the purchase, select "I have a question about this purchase" and explain your reasoning for an exception to the refund rules and hope they agree with you.
The refund limits apply to everyone.
As they only played 90 minutes and did not run well on their PC why did you not refund on the first weekend knowing full well it would be beyond the refund limits when you saw them again?
It's on yourself to stay within the policy.
Try a manual ticket.
