Try using 566.36 instead. It's the last known driver to be stable for RTX 40 and older.

Ryzen 5 2600x
Colorful B450m-k m2
gtx 750 ti

hello
have you made any progress using old drivers ?
a good advice is , while steam is running despite some flashing , to disable gpu acceleration under the steam parameters else it can be directly be done on the registry while steam does not run

Is rest of the pc even update Bios and its brand board or brand name pc chipset driver.

Do not have other system issue ( google how to do, if needed. )

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
SFC /Scannow
chkdsk c:
chkdsk d:
chkdsk e:

if your lateest driver with clean install dont work for you on that old card, that men you have other issue somewhere, card is a gtx 750 ti, you can dl from nvida page past driver.

ps.
you cant just use latest driver if chipset and BIOS update is part of how things work and no nvidia will not telly you optimize and update pc is required. same as play with game on Balance mode or full performance this is a know user problem and today is seen as your problem.

most here can agree on dont play 3D gamers in battery saving mode, and yes even desktop pc can do this, most will say if balance mode can handle dont change it , but nothing prevent you from run a game you barely can run in lowest game settings , so full peroformance can matter sometimes.

gl with it.

ps.
even my pc has a ultimate performance in power scematic.

Driver M is laptop user.

We have seen steam user istall a driver that not support before, how that is possible i dont know, as fare as i know a warning should have poped up with not support.
