Title: Steam Account Stolen and Cannot Recover

Hello,

My Steam account has been hijacked, and I am unable to recover it through the usual methods on the Steam website. I believe the hacker has changed both the email and phone number linked to the account.

Here is what I remember:

- Steam account name: jacobshiu
- Original email (partially hidden for privacy): plm102001[at]{LINK REMOVED}gmail.com

I also received a suspicious voicemail-related message from the phone number [phone], which I suspect may be connected to this issue.

Please let me know how I can proceed to recover my account. Thank you.

Edit both of your threads and remove your account name, your email adress and that phone number.

Not surprising how freely you are giving out login details like account name or the original email to help others hijack the account away from you.
