Sometimes CMD opens with Steam.
So sometimes after launching my pc, about 2 cmd prompts open and close then steam starts, does steam need cmd for starting an update or should i be scared ?

No, Steam doesn't need anything console to start. On Windows, anyway (can't vouch for Linux). However, you're following the wrong trace. The right trace is "after launching my PC", meaning you have something autostart. Check autostart entries, see what's there.
I just checked and only stuff i have that is activated for autostart is, RtkAudUService64, steam and SecurityHealthSystray.

(sorry for the bad english)
Open task manager and check Startup apps. You can Enable/disable anything you want.
