AOE losing focus on click

Since today my Age Of Empires is flickering and loosing focus. Still can not be absolutely sure but for now I guess problem is steam client because looks like some other window MAY lose focus when steam client is active (obviously ... can not test game withou client because client is made to close game before exit).

Few more details :
I have reinstalled steam client, then reinstalled age of empires, no luck.
After that reinstalled video driver, no luck.

And looks like aoe is loosing focus on left click in game, I am not sure how to explain but :
On another screen task I see aoe icon shortly disappear from task bar and reappear, in this moment game start to move on the screen (like minimize for a moment) and then everything is ok, just, made you lost focus on action and waste time.

I would guess this is some nasty Trojan, worm or something else from uncontrolled kids, but I am sure my comp is not infected, if there is something wrong this is put here by steam client.

Anyone have same problem or have idea what may be wrong ?

Asus ROG Strix G18, RTX 4060, win 11 pro, ... (my default monitor is not laptop screen)
I have tried to unplug any/all usb devices connected, keyboard, mouse, audio, ... no luck
