You need around 20% of free space on your C drive to work properly. Ones your drive is completely full, you are running the risk for your HDD to stop completely.

Solution: Make some free space.

It has free space. It has 10GB+ space to be exact. It just randomly full and has several hundred Mb left. Idk what causing this. I just restart my Laptop and now it back to 10GB+.

Check your drive for errors, there could be some bad sectors.

Right-click the drive to perform a check disk, then select Properties. Click the Tools tab in the Properties window. Click Check under error checking. To perform a complete check of the hard drive for errors, check off both options in the open check disk window.

Or use the chkdsk command prompt (with adm. right).

Might be pagefile and hibernate files causing that.

Get a space analyzing tool like SpaceSniffer.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/spacesniffer/
You can have it analyze the disk to see how much space everything is using. It will update its display in real time as files/folders are updated. Maybe it'll help clue you in an on what is constantly increasing.

I always preferred WinDirStat: https://windirstat.net/
Little sluggish, but looks and feels a lot better than SpaceSniffer.
