Sound problem with Remote Play and Steam Link

I've been hosting a game with my friends and we didn't have this problem until yesterday. Normally everything works fine (for the most part). Whenever one of them joined my game on Steam Link, I could no longer hear the game unless I tabbed out of the game. And interestingly enough, when I tab out of the game, my friends cant hear the game anymore. I checked to make sure Play audio on host is turned on and even tried turning it off and on again. All 3 of us restarted out computers. I could really use someone's input.
