7 days acc to use steam money

Man i hate when i add money to my steam wallet and i have to wait a whole week to buy smth with that money, like the excitment goes away for that amount of time. Is this the same with you guys, do yall have to wait 1 week or is it just me, and does anyone know is there a way how i can remove this time?

I never heard of a 7 day restriction to buy stuff. When i charge my Steam Wallet i can use the money right away.
The only 7 day restriction i know is the time you have to wait till the Steam market unlocks after you have not used it for a year+.
