Why i cant exchange a skin of CSGO.
When I try to exchange a skin, it tells me my account doesn't allow exchanges. I go to help and support, but they don't help me. They tell me I can't exchange and that I should go to a website for more information. On the website, they tell me why I can't exchange, but I don't meet any of the requirements, and yet I still can't exchange. I want to know the reason for my exchange restriction, since it doesn't say anything about why I can't exchange anywhere. Thanks.

You changed your profile name so you got 4 hours cooldown on trades. The cooldown is imposed every time you change your profile name.

Stop using 3rd party sites
