How do I fix a cashback Issue?
How do I resolve the dispute so I can purchase again?
If the dispute on these payments is not removed, this account will be restricted until May 17, 2025 @ 4:20pm.

To begin with I used my step-mothers card to purchase a few games recently. The card got lost and we requested for a cashback for all items that were purchased outside steam and in steam. As a result a I ended up with undispute charges. Is there anyway I can resolve this issue if the bank would not undispute the charges associated with Steam after we tried to call them?

What if I am unable to reverse the chargeback?

If a chargeback cannot be reversed by working with your bank, please contact Steam Support for further assistance.

As noted, then you have to work it out with Steam Support. If the card really got lost, Support may understand the situation and could give alternatives to pay the outstanding amounts, i'd assume. Or they also could cancel all the purchases and remove from your account what wasn't paid for after all.

Easiest way would be for the bank to authorize the charges, so VALVe gets the money for what was purchased but that is on the bank.

Edit: The only problem that may last as restriction on your account is you'll never being able to use the same payment method again on your account, in case the chargebacks won't be reversed.
