Access violation/out of video memory crash
I have a pc with a 13th Gen Intel core i7-13700k cpu
NVIDIA 4070 Ti gpu and 32 GB of ram and I have stress tested every part of my hardware and have had no problems return and have done the full memory integrity test as well. Without fail though at some point during the start up of most of my games I get either an out of memory error (I verified the size of my page file and ram) and if I don't get that I get a status access violation error. I also get a status_access_violation error occasionally with certain memory intensive chrome programs as well. I am just looking for the slightest bit of help. I can provide any bit of extra information or logs needed as I am kind of rushed when making this.

if you're running the latest Nvidia drivers you might want to roll back to the previous drivers, there's been widespread stability issues with the current drivers.

Download drive back in December 2024, it should be like version 569 I believe it was.

Use DDU, run in safe mode, use highly recommend option only, once install your video driver, and test.

Yes there been problems with Nvidia since the release of 50xx series for drivers, from. Game crashing, audio crash, black screen, and such. They done multiple hotfix which they need to figure out what they're doing.
Is this not an Intel 13th/14th gen CPU related issue?
