And support can't even answer except to say "What"?, we can't help with that"... after the first for replies that had NOTHING to do with the issue at all. Seems support doesn't read either, just like the moderators here...

Yea, in a nutshell. Support said they have no control over the website Valve has made... which makes ZERO sense. Between this and another issue that ONLY support could help with but we just kept getting BS responses that had nothing to do with the issues, my wife and I just gave up.
As support has become so ludicrous, we have decided to not spend much here anymore... it's a pretty sad state of affairs. We no longer trust anything Valve says or does anymore.
anyway, did you read previous post, about game being set to private? im testing it right now.

I guess it is random if you don't know about it, but these are the rules. Private means no drops, because people could find the cards in your inventory and assume that you played that game based on that, even though it was privated...
It would be better if Steam just straight up said that to the users checking in on the carddrop info though.
BTW, epic? No. Just another gaming company I want nothing to do with. There are a few more that have made my ♥♥♥♥ list over the last couple decades. With the killing of this platform, I think I'm about done collecting games. probably get anything else directly from one of the retailers on ITAD, when on sale cheap.
Somehow, I doubt that was the intention but sure as ♥♥♥♥ the result that they've instigated...
