Nude profile picture?
Is there any problem to use nude, sex, pornography picture as profile picture. I found some ones profile with those pics and in there profile the highlight some kind art work in there profile and they contain nudity. Will they ban the account.

Sexually explicit user-uploaded content is not allowed.

Nudity is not allowed, period. Visible breasts or genitals will get your avatar banned.
Focusing on sexual appeal ( ass shot in string or similar) will also be banned.
Rules are no sexual suggestive or explicit content and avatars have to be ok for 13+ year olds.
Which is the age you can make your own Steam account.

If you found avatars like that then its because nobody reported those profiles yet.
Steam moderation does not work proactive, they only react to user reports.
So while you may see such avatars now and then they are still now allowed.
