mortal kombat arcade

i got the download code from gamestop downloaded the game and they gave me a cd code i tried to put the code in but says invalid

Was that a Steam code to begin with?

If this is about the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection (Appid 205350) and you’re trying to log into GFWL,

Make sure you’re using the key found in
Right click game in library, Manage, CD Keys.

Try putting it in again, making sure you’re not mistaking a 0 for an O or something.

Try copying and pasting the key instead of manually putting it in.
