me and a friend are trying to voice call via friend chat, but when i do it, my icon at the top is infinitely loading.
my icon will NOT stop loading. i restarted steam, i restarted my pc, shut down steam via task manager, tried to get in with my friend starting the call, but nothing works. any suggestions?

Steam's voice chat isn't really the best.
You are better off using something like Teamspeak or Discord.
