Syncing playtime on a game in library and profile?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to sync the hours on a game in my library to the hours displayed on the game on my profile, because I want the "extra" hours I got during offline mode to be gone permanently. It syncs when I run the game but goes back to the amount that includes offline mode when I restart Steam.

Any help? Thank you in advance.
